Question about an item I saw in a dream town

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question.

I was in a dream town called Kitten, and I could tell it was a hacked town but that’s okay…I don’t really mind that, I was mainly curious because I saw this specific item I didn’t recognize from the game at all.

What is this item? It looks like a cup of ice cream…? But I’ve looked up ice cream items in new leaf and all that comes up is the soft serve lamp, the sweets lamp (one of Gracie’s items that looks like ice cream), and the Streetpass collectible ice cream flavors. I’m super confused to where this comes from?

I’m sorry if this is annoyingly specific. If no one has any idea, that’s okay, it’s just driving me crazy that I don’t know what items this is LOL. any help is appreciated!
