Hi i'm looking for a town that has a bell boom and premium on crowns, or just premium. I have many crowns i need sold and i can offer some tbt, igb, and hybrids. And some rare sets.

Bell Boom ordinance doesn't stack on top of premium. You'll get the regular premium price whether someone has Bell Boom on or not.
