I'm working on getting the apple tree and the blue airport for my island. I bought the physical game copy for the switch lite last Christmas. And recently, I figured out how to buy digital game download versions for the switch. .

I don't have a favorite villager yet.

Unless you have multiple Switches there is no benefit to having both a physical and digital version. You'll have the same save file on both. You may already know that but figured it'd be good to mention!
