I've been trying to upload a picture of his house for ages and I can't seem to make it work so I'll probably do it in the morning because I'm exhausted :[ I haven't given him any furniture or anything, and last I checked his catchphrase and shirt are original too. If it somehow magically changes in the time that I time travel to his move-out date, then make that more or less 100%

Anyway, I'm selling him for BTB, because I have quite a few IGB already and have paid off my house :3
The price range, based on someone else selling a tier 1 villager for BTB as well, will be 100-250 BTB. I'll probably take highest offer rather than first post.
