Ah I don't use twitter, I only use my computer and the 3DS. I get them directly from the 3DS by using the data Management part in the system setting.

Not at all! The DS hooks up to the computer without needing to plug anything in. Once its hooked you can access the DS photos from the Network part of the PC. Sorry that this reply is late and I'm bad at explaining lol
