Is this a rare item? I can’t believe I found this

Today I arrived at tortimer island and I am not at club online tortimer or anything, and I found this treasure chest item. Is this a rare item? I’ve heard from places it’s rare but I am not sure how rare. Or maybe I’m mistaken. I dunno. It’s 150 medals, so I’m trying to get it so I don’t have a screenshot right now I only have a photo. I have 91 medals at the moment.

Wish me luck! I hope I can get a hold of it soon… it’s pretty late where I am but I’m not going to bed till I have it LOL

Update- i finally got it!!!
(also, this was by far the most medals I‘ve ever gotten ! Wow!!)
