Help! Need to visit a town with Drago in it!

I'm debating on asking Punchy to move back in, or keep looking for Drago, but I've never seen the awesome alligator in person.

Would anyone be willing to let me visit their town to talk to him? Or post their Dream House so I can see him there? Please please! I'd be happy to tip you for your trouble.
