Captain's monitor?

Hey guys! I want to finish my Sailor Mercury/Ami Mizuno themed museum exhibit/observatory but to do that, I'll need to travel to someone's town and buy a captain's monitor from their store. :> If you're interested, you could come to my town after and see the room when it's finished!
