Buying 99k For Any and All Bush Starts

Helloooo I am working on my town's landscaping and I need a lot of bush starts. I'll pay 99k for any bush starts that anyone has, possibly more if you prefer that. Also will buy pink or blue hybrids, white flowers, and fertilizers for 99k as well. Thanks!

I have at least 12-15 bush starts (probably more) as many white flowers (except carnations) as you need and a couple fertilizers. Also a few blue roses
