Hello there! I'm looking for some very creative individuals to help me decide what to do with my basement space. I have designed a very traditional Japanese town (hence my town name is Kyoto) and would like to carry that theme throughout my house. I've completed my five other rooms (a tea room, a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and an onsen/hot spring), and I'm just completely lost as to what I should do for the basement (as most traditional Japanese houses don't have basements).

That being said, I'm offering 100k to whomever can come up with the most cohesive, and creative theme for my Japanese-style basement.

Maybe a green house? Or something with a lot of plants...

A root cellar or pantry?

a sushi cafe or a japanese koi fish lake you can use the tranquil bridge a forest themed wall and a water design for floor or a underwater floor

I have a zen garden in my house! There's a lot of awesome pieces of furniture (and even a zen garden flooring) that can make it look amazing! I'd personally recommend Stale Cupcakes, King K.K., or Spring Blossoms for music if you want it, too. Here's a photo of mine!

My suggestion is to make a Samurai Armory or something like that.

Have plenty of swords, armor, that kind of thing.

There should be some furniture that should fit right in the Japanese Style house.

The wall, carpet, and other furniture is all left to you!
