If the villager in boxes is not reserved, they are free.
A reservation fee is only required in this case if you
want them but cannot pick them up immediately.

As per the rules in my main post -- you went offline after asking for her (I was online at the time), so she will be available for everyone when I return in a few hours. Sorry, but I was standing here with my gate open for almost 15 minutes and you never showed up.

Next time, please don't ask for someone if you're not available to trade immediately. Thanks.
