Your favourite way to change up instant ramen?

I live adding seasoning to my ramen!! I love creole seasoning, along with slap ya mama!! I also am the type to throw away the vegetables that are supposed to come with the ramen (not healthy, I know) because I mainly just want the noodles and the broth/juices lolol

So many good additions...my favorite is hot milky ramen. Boil the ramen like you would except only use milk! Add the base to the milk first! Then the noodles! Delicious!

Classic additions: egg, scallions. lots of scallions really help freshen up the ramen! A side of fresh kimchi also serves the same purpose.
Personal fave/ out-there remix: If you make Chapaghetti (Korean black bean sauce ramen), you should use less water in the sauce and add a slice of american cheese and a sunny-side up egg. Not sure why it's so yummy.

i dont add anything to my ramen, but i use very little water and i undercook the noodles a little bit.

For Japanese instant ramen, I like adding bean sprouts, soft-boiled eggs, and spinach. I try to add more neutral items that compliment the flavor since I don't want to overwhelm the flavor of the ramen.
For Korean instant ramen, I like adding kimchi or chili oil and whatever veggies I have on hand like cabbage, spinach, broccoli, onions, bean sprouts, green pumpkin, etc. I like adding an egg right at the end of boiling so that it's poached OR swirling it around to make a creamier, richer broth. For very spicy noodles like fire noodles, Korean people like to add cheese as it neutralizes some of the spice. Not a huge fan of that but to each their own!
