Tbh, I don't think you'll find willing to sell it to you. Because they were very limited, and it took people a hell out of time just to earn 15 tickets. Only people who truly wanted it bought it imo.
And then, if anybody was willing to sell it would be 3k-6k TBT.

Well, there are 26 white feathers out there and the competitions so recent it's likely the owners are still playing the game. I'm betting someone would sell if the price was right, but not necessarily for TBT bells and those players probably don't check the TBT Marketplace threads.
