Would you be friends with someone who has a "dangerous" mental disorder?

Yes, I have schizoaffective disorder bipolar type, I have been friends with many people with mental illnesses like mine. I'm not dangerous, and non of my friends have been.

I'm sadly the kind of person that people would see as someone with dangerous mental disorder.
Well, since I found fitting medicine for me I'm way more calm, but I used to get extreme, like yeah.. it wasn't fun.

I can understand, if someone doesn't want to be friends with a "dangerous" person, but personally I would always give a person like that a try.
If they really get too dangerous or use their disorder as a excuse for being awful then I'm out..
