Will a villager move out if there is only 9?

Boone is moving out soon and I have to time travel to fix the clock because by mistake I TTd to 2k16. No one moved out then and I think it is because Shep had just moved. Anyhow, will someone move out when someone else has recently moved out?

Villagers can move out if there are 9 villagers, it just happened to me! Villagers will not move immediately after another has moved out, it will usually take a couple days at least.

If Boone is currently moving out, and you TT back to now, he will be gone. Nobody else will be gone. And villagers can move out at nine, but I'm not sure about if someone will move out if it's recent. I think so. I know if they're in boxes you can TT wherever without having any villager move out.

Nope, that will not have an effect. ^^

Should note that when you're at 9 they will move, but you can still get 1 to move in- it's the only time you can be in both a move in/out period, because you can get a camper, streetpasser, or a request to directly to move in the same day someone tells you they're thinking of moving.

Thanks a lot everyone! To be careful I will just load my game with a new safe file and make sure no one moved out.
