Why is minecraft for switch so bad?

I'm not the negative type of person but minecraft on switch is not so great. It takes forever to load and it keeps on having errors. :S

It's strange because minecraft on the xbox 360 was far better and that had very dated hardware.

to be fair the switch isn't exactly cutting edge, even though we might love it

Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition worked fine. Microsoft poorly optimized the Bedrock update for Switch, and it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything about it.
