Who's keeping diving creatures?

Models someday would be nice. I’ll keep them once that becomes official though, not before, since I don’t have my hopes up. I will however keep seaweed, horseshoe crabs, and spider crabs to decorate my beach with though. Other than that, it’s definitely the best way to rack up the bells quickly, aside from turnips. I may know a thing or two about that.

I’m keeping vampire squids, giga clams, octopus, crabs, sea anemone and a couple of others. I might end up selling some though since I’m running out of storage room and I’m kinda taking my time with my last house expansion.

I've kept 3 of each just in case (the creatures I've got so far anyway), but I'm a hoarder who has one of each fossil stashed away in hope of dinosaur models.

Just the seaweed on my beaches, at the moment.
I try to return them back to the ocean, but it takes so long to do! It’s much quicker to sell them. I like to think they’re going somewhere nice rather than to their death. It’s my game I can make up whatever rules I want.
Not going to keep them for models I cant justify the storage space based on something that may or may not happen. All these posts are making me think I need to keep the seaweed though.

I went with no music and went with all furniture or creatures that makes noise. This one was a lot of fun to build. Let know what I can do to either make it creepier or spookier. I'll try to indicate the object I used to create the ambiance.

Yes to spider crabs, I need to set up a spider crab rave on my secret beach haha. As for the rest, it would honestly take way too much work than it's worth to keep/store three of every single sea creature I catch. I get maybe keeping some of the rarer ones, but even then I feel like catching them isn't that hard. It would be trying to find CJ that's the real problem!

I've kept some for decor. Mostly seaweed, but also a few horseshoe crabs (fun fact- press "a" and they flip on their backs and show off their eerily detailed underside 
). I set up a little "conservation area" on one of my rocky areas with two of them, some rope fencing, and some seaweed.
As for keeping for models, nope. My storage is full enough already- if I need some for models, I'll grab 'em when they're released! Plus, you're right- diving is HUGELY profitable! I wish I'd had it earlier

I've kept 2 giant isopods. One is displayed at the end of the pier, and one along the surf spot of my beach. I also have 3 giant clams on my storage because I thought I could get models for it, but apparently not.

So far ive just kept seaweed for decoration, one horse shoe crab for decoration, one isopod for decoration, and one giant clam for decoration, the rest I sell!
