I am not scared of death, but I think it would be an amazing experience getting to live out decade after decade and see the changes in the world, have expansive knowledge, become a goddess, get worshiped... Ah yes. But I would like to be kind of stuck in a young age, not like turn into a little crispy jerky strip.

no I would not, I don't want to watch everyone I love die, I don't want to be alone in a cold empty world, wandering the streets
seeing all the houses and building that were once full of people that are now slowly falling apart, soon all will be gone, no signs of humans race even existing expect for me.

No I wouldn't, it would really hurt to see all the people you love die and you couldn't do anything about it. If I would age too it would be horrible to stay alive after you become elderly and your brain goes to mush. I also wouldn't want to keep staying alive to see the human race destroying the planet and each other even more.
I wouldn't want to live forever. I don't even necessarily want to live a long time I but I go with the flow, I'll see how things play out, and make whatever decisions that are to be made only when it's time to make them.

I would not, only if all the persons around me would as well live forever and would stay in their twenties just as I like to stay.
You're not getting any healthier when you're getting older and the idea of even reaching some number above 100 is totally unappealing for me. I'm not really scared of death but I would prefer to die in my sleep and before I get some serious deseases just like most people wish for themself an others I think.
