It's Thanksgiving IRL/Harvest Festival in-game and I invited Toby to my campground.

Both were downloadable content at certain point in the past. Filly is by going to 7-Eleven shop, and Holden is by talking to Harvey in JP version of the game. Either way this downloadable time frame has ended waaaaaay long ago, as you may know.
I just stopped the town clock, in the towns that had their vans. Meaning, if I move a day forward when I load the game, they will be gone forever.
