So I am currently stuck between two paths... the aim of my town is for it to be quite foresty and nature-like. I'm finding it hard to choose between these two paths:

I'm worried that if i use the brown brick path it will only look good in Autumn!!!

If you have any other naturey kind of paths in mind please can you link them here!

Thanks.

I am voting cobblestone. When I think of cobblestone I think of a backyars patio which can be totally naturey!!

Voting for cobblestone as well. I love it irl and I love how it looks in the game too (props to the maker!)

i voted for brick path. tbh i think the brick path will not just look good during autumn but any season as well. the cobblestone path fits more for a modern themed town rather than a forest themed one. just my opinion.

i think the cobble looks really naturey but also summery. (especially with the lightning bug flying by). And yeah I think the orange brick is really made for the autumn, it really fits the colors better, the grey on the cobblestone goes well with any season IMO.

That's what I was thinking! Thanks :)

I like the bricks better, the grey one would fit a village but the brown one fits a forest better in my opinion. But it's indeed very bright.. It instantly reminded me of the path I'm using which I think is similar but not as bright link or the lighter version link

I'd go for the cobblestone as well. However, it may look very blended in winter so maybe find a path that has a darker gray or a blue-ish tint for winter? I do agree the brick path would look fantastic in autumn.

I personally change up the look & colors of my paths each season so it feels like it's a new path. Maybe that could be an option for you?

Yeah I think I might do that! That's a good idea. The brick would look good in Autumn and ugly in singer so maybe it is worth changing it up! I think I'll go with cobblestone for now as it suits forest better in my opinion as its stone...

I think if the brick was slightly darker I would go for it. It's too orange really

Although I personally like the red brick path better, I think the cobblestone path would work the best if your intention is a forest and nature themed town. Cobblestone would work in any season, but the bricks would stand out and look awkward unless it's autumn.

I saw that you have a modern police station built already from a picture on your previous post. Since you got a modern police station, why jot go for the cobblestone path? They'll look good together and the brick doesn't really go that well with the modern police station. But if it wasn't for the modern police station, id choose the brick because brick fits more into a forest themed town.
