When I started the game everybody was saying "close to the dock!" so that's partially why I picked the map that I have. Now though I kinda prefer it to be in the middle, close to the train station but close enough to the docks as well to not be a nuisance.

I prefer to keep mine closer to the beach, but in my current town it's far from it. Oh well. Sometimes the walk is just half the fun!

In every town I've made, my Re-Tail has been in the upper lefthand corner of the map. I prefer my towns to go something like this:

Retail ------ Tree/Plaza -------- Trainstation

Mine is in the middle right side of the town, almost touching the border. I'd prefer it to be in a corner, but I'm content with where it is.

I don't really mind, but having it at the top makes turnip selling a lot more easier!
