where do u prefer ur re-tail to be?

Mine's just to the right of the Train Station. I like it there since if I'm using the Retail Method of transferring bells, or if I get a good turnip price, people won't have to walk all the way across the map in order to get to Retail. But if Retail is close to the beach, it's pretty good for beetle hunting. c:

my retail is basically in the same spot, closer to the pond on the left and no pond on the right. there is, however, my town tree near the right of retail. i like it a whole lot. i at first beat myself up for it, preferring retail near the docks considering i beetle grind quite often, but it's just nicer overall to have it near the train.

Yeah, I just like it there better and with the bridge behind my house walking there from the docks really isn't too far. Plus if I do let people come sell stuff whether turnips or premium items they don't have to walk all the way through my town and I don't have to worry about someone stealing hybrids or whatever.

I don't really mind, in my first town its at the top near the train station and in my second town it's in the middle on the right of town lol I get used to where ever it is after starting and playing for a bit

3 town have retail at the top of the map. Two of those are harvest towns and it comes in handy for premium fruit or turnip days.
Other two town have retail in the middle. One is to the left and close to the wall. Town hall is close. There was enough room to add the caf? and police station between the two. The event plaza is above all of those. Placed a path so I can run along the train tracks and thru the event plaza.

The other town it's on the right side and was a pain when it was a TT town. It's now a real town and the added bridges makes it fast to get to. Place a house close to it with and ABM for visitors.

I like mine by the train station. I don't go beetle hunting as I have plenty of bells, so having it anywhere else would annoy me tbh.

I really prefer my retail to be by the railroad tracks as well. I think it looks better there. I also want it away from my town tree and town hall so my buildings each have their own area.

I prefer them closer to the station. It's easier when using the Re-tail method to transfer bells.

Mine is right by the train station. I like it that way because it feels like its part of my main street since it's so close to it. Plus, it works well for trades and stuff here.

Mine's close to my town hall, which is close to my train station. It's nice, though I did like it kind of being away from the town hall in my old town.

My retail location could be better- but it's not too bad and it's not worth resetting for. It's close to the right wall.

In my main town it's in the top left corner by the train tracks with the town hall below (and Marshal's house wedged between them the little...)
In my second town it's literally just right of the train station and the town hall is to the left of the station. They're literally in a line it's too perfect! XD

Mine is really close to the docks, which I thought was really convenient in the beginning for selling island bugs. But I don't really make my money by doing that anymore, and I would have muchly preferred to have Re-Tail either close to my house or the train station.

I prefer it to be relatively close to my house, and also on the lower half, so it's closer to the beach and everything.

Granted, I can't quite remember where it is in either town I have, because memory, so.

I prefer it at the top. Easier trading and less running.

Where is it in my old town? To the right of the Train Station, while Town Hall and the Plaza are to the left of it.
My new town? To the left of the Train Station, where Town Hall and the Plaza also are.

Is it weird that both maps for both towns were the first maps I was ever presented with? (Is that grammatically correct?)
