What's the squeaking during the fireworks show?

I can't find a mention of it online. Me and my friend both heard it. We were going insane trying to find the source, but to no avail. It was definitely louder in some spots. It's like, high pitched then slightly lower.
I only have heard it during the fireworks show, too. I don't think it's the mile cricket.

I don't think so. But I might just answered my own question. The sound I was mentioning is at 0:23. It just confused me because it wasn't at a regular interval.

its a sound effect i think… you can hear it at 0:15 too, maybe just to signify the lighting of the fireworks or so? or just part of the song
