it comes down to the employees, unfortunately there's a lot of seasonal employees right now cause of Christmas and whatever. So new folks with less experience on top of stress.

I haven't gone to Starbucks in a while but my sister took me this time, i prefer a local chain

I'm having one of those bad days. I was already in a bad mood, matching the weather, decided it was time to clean up a bit, I had just started when the vacuum cleaner caught on fire, literally. Then I thought I could take some photos for the hunt and I don't know what I did, but I deleted all photos on my SD card, even old photos I didn't save elsewhere .. (stupid me)

I've lost my smartphone, and I am sure I made sure it was still in my bag after I left a shop today, as I was getting wool; I've looked everywhere and I can't find it. I even tried calling it via something else, its literally been giving me a headache the whole day.I am so confused. I could check back tomorrow, but my head just hurts, and it's just putting me in such an awful mood.

Edit: I left myphone at the shop where I got my wool They're a small, local shop and remembered me, so I was able to get it back quite easily. I was just worried someone stole it somehow.

Well it's a good thing that it sounds like you handled the situation and put the fire out. Things like that can really take off and cause a lot of damage, loss of home ect.
