What type of sandwhich do you get at Subway/Quizno's/At Home/Other?

I know someone who worked at Subway, and you don't want to know how they make their meatball marinara.

Anyway, I go for cheese bread with tuna, the works, and a lot of hot sauce.
How do they make them?
Do they use brains?

Whenever I go to Subway, I always get the meatball marinara <333. The funny thing is, I'm not Italian, but I love Italian food. I'm irish/german and I don't like most foods from that tradition. Anyways, what kind of sub do you get/make at home/subway/quiznos/other?
Meatball Marinara FTW

The meatballs are basically leftover meat that they haven't sold. They grind them up and form them into balls, cooks them, and dunk them in the marinara sauce. They last for about, 1-2 weeks. That means, the majority of meatball marinara subs are a few days old.
