What NookPhone app would you like to see?

I have several ideas! Well, not original, probably but here's what I thought up of:

Contacts app: While this is pretty much Bestfriends App, it will call your villagers instead. You may have a prompt to invite them to your house (since they don't ask you to visit anymore) or ask them where they are and they'll wait for you for at least 30 seconds before wandering off again! (this isn't applicable if they're in a building. they'll just tell you which building they're in) This is pretty much a megaphone.

Calendar app: It will show the date, weather and birthdays of your villagers! In case there's a meteor shower, the weather will have a star under the current weather. The birthday will show you the villager's preferred style so no more guessing! (the birthday part will not tell you any more other than that so no spoilers!)

Settings app: Will let you change volume of the game's ambiance/music. Finally you can hear your radio!

K.K. Tunes - A portable radio! Tired of listening to the hourly music? Now you can listen to K.K Slider's music without having to AFK near your radio! You can also toggle between aircheck and live so you can hear KK sing without waiting for a Saturday! (this app will only play the songs you registered)

ABD Online: An ABD app that allows you to withdraw bells anywhere! Indoors, outdoors or someone else's island! You can also pay your house loan with it too!
With a neat feature of transferring bells to another players (it will have 3 window prompts to make sure that you have option to back out in case you input the wrong amount or felt to change it if you decide to back down your offer) it updates in real time so no worries about people saying "to wait until it reflects to your account" scams*.

* The latter feature of the ABD idea is debatable but would be helpful if you're going to pay the seller more than 4mil bells. (It can do without the thing tho.)

What do you think? What apps would you like to see? I think the ABD app idea needs improvement but I really would like to withdraw bells anywhere...

I love all of your ideas! I'd also like some sort of social media app. I just think it would be cute to see what the villagers would post.

All of yours sound like amazing apps that would be really useful.

The ones I'd want most on top of your list is an app to change the hourly music to past games (I know this is really unlikely but I can dream lol), and one to open your gate wherever you are on your island. You can skip all the dialogue too and close the gate whenever if you only want one person to visit.

An ABD app would be insanely useful. Imagine not having to run to Resident Services to grab money to pay for your inclines/bridges or get more bells to buy turnips from Daisy. Having the ability to access the app while on someone else’s island would make trades way smoother.

An expanded Map app would be helpful to me for terraforming and planning. Something like an option to not just view your map, but also to demolish bridges or inclines on it and make markers for where you want to add cliffs or bodies of water.

My main one would be an airport app so you can see who’s on your island as a list, which friend has their airports open, and the ability to CLOSE your gates without going to the airport!!

I think the ABD app would be great but it would definitely need to be worked on for transferring to others!

Yes! Definitely! Maybe it wIll have a K.K's head silhouette if you requested it during his concert while the bought via Nook Shopping will only have a music note (indicating it's aircheck available only) so at least it will give an incentive to request songs to K.K anyways!

ALSO YES! IT'S SO EMBARRASSING TO SHOP @ SOMEONE ELSE'S ISLAND AND FIND OUT U FORGOT TO BRING BELLS LOL

Your ideas are awesome. I would add the ability to transfer bells from one account to the other (kinda like most MMOs do) so people wouldn't need to drop bags of bells and have the other person count everything to see if it's ok.

A transaction window would open, player A would offer X sum amount of money and that would be visible to player B. Player B would check if everything is in order, and would then accept or reject the offer. An ok from both parts would confirm and end the transaction.

This would make trades a lot safer and faster for all parties.

i love all of your app ideas, especially the abd, contacts, and calendar one!

it'd be cute to see a social media app where villagers can post updates or selfies. maybe they can even post some requests on the app, like "ahhh, i could really go for something to snack on!", and if you fulfill that request, you can gain friendship points.

The airport app should also have the ability to open the gates. That'd be super convenient.

YES. An airport app would be godsend. At least it will lessen the dialogue bomb Orville has to put you through...
Also, being able to remotely close the gates will help immensely during turnip runs to prevent any more people to enter.
