What new bugs and fish introduced in June have you caught so far?

Anything new in the day?

Majority of the new insects and fishes appear after 4:00 PM. You can probably find a suckerfish in the morning.

As I've only played in the morning for a bit I've only managed to catch a tilapia, suckerfish, ribbon eel and drone beetle. After 4PM I'm hoping I can get some sharks :3

Meanwhile, sharks are avoiding me. I am getting a few of those summer shells anyway. So it's not all that bad.

Not new, but I caught a coelacanth this morning and then accidentally reset without saving.

In between customers I just forgot I had the game running and switched off the Switch. Serves me right for playing while I was supposed to be working.

I'm missing 4 bugs and 1 fish, all evening arrivers. Should have them all by end of day!

It would be easier to list which ones I haven't caught lol. I still need a giant snake head, arowana, arapaima, saddled bircher and a mosquito

I've mostly caught insects. However, I did catch a whale shark! Sharks are in fact my favourite animal so that was exciting.

I've only played it for an hour during the day, and so far I've caught a drone beetle, dorado, tilapia, suckerfish, and whale shark (!!! my fav!!)!
meanwhile I still havent caught a betta or giant trevally lol...

You'll catch the betta while trying to hook a piranha...their shadows are the same size.

All sharks are available until 9a, with the whale shark out all day. I was happy to realize that this morning, broke out the bait, and landed quite a few.

I hope so!! I kept catching stupid loach in may, luckily those are gone now though so fingers crossed!

I was able to get all the bugs and most of the fish after midnight last night. The suckerfish and eel just wouldn't spawn. And I got 3 whale sharks before getting either... Then I got most of the rest this morning. Now I just need the Gar.

Suckerfish, spirally type fish, great white shark (on a mystery island), hammerhead, an Emporer butterfly (beautiful) but my faves are the fireflies.

They need to nerf the shark spawn rates. I managed to catch all four types within a few hours.

Last night I caught all the bugs and late night fish.
Need a giant snakehead and a dorado.

Went to a mystery island and caught 5 arrowana fish and extra whale fish.

Caught 12 of the 14 new fish, and 1 of the 5 new bugs.

I got a snakehead and a green beetle. And some other fish I can't recall right now. lol That's it.

I only played for about an hour but so far I've caught a great white shark, ribbon eel, mosquito, goliath beetle, and a drone beetle. I also finally got a giant trevally which I somehow missed last month.

I got Fins Island on an NMT last night, so I caught ALL THE SHARKS (of which there are actually only 4 in total, much to my surprise).
