What is the most bugs you caught in one round?

So far 17 is my highest. I had some rotten turnips and tree stumps so it helped finding bugs quickly

Holy cow! 16! That’s insane! I think the most I got was like 11 lol. But I don’t have many flowers around my island so I was lacking a lot of butterflies:/ also I have 1 bridge on my island so not a lot of ways to get around fast lmao
I feel like I got lucky that round just because all my flowers on the beach currently because I'm redoing my island and the butterflies were just spawning in randomly.
I only got 16 that one round and most of the other rounds I was happy to find 10 each of the other rounds!
My highest was 10 and lowest 3.
I think my problem is that I have so many flowers EVERYWHERE across all three levels that the bugs are pretty much equally likely to spawn everywhere on my island. So there isn't one single good spot where I can just hang out. Also I have so many trees that it makes spotting bugs and running pretty tricky. Ugh. I think that for the next bug-off I'm going to clear some trees, get rid of half my flowers, and move most of the remaining ones to a single part of my island.

The most I got in one round was 12, the lowest was something like 4 or 5. Not too bad, it felt like I could pretty consistently get between 8-10 per round, which helped me get to 300 points (and thus the gold trophy) that much quicker.

The highest I got was 13 or 14. I have some areas that slow me down a little because of tight spacing between some of the objects that I have out.

I manage to get 14 by myself. My island is very much under development so I have flowers and random furniture everywhere so it made it hard to move around so I took some stuff down.

You guys are way better bug catchers than me. The most I could get was 9. My bro ended up getting 11 once.
He stopped playing after he got enough points for a bronze trophy. I stopped playing when I got enough for a silver trophy. The least amount I got today was 2. I had a phone call right at the beginning of my first bug-off, and I'm not a good multi-tasker.

Ahahah my dumb buns didn't really consider that I'm in the middle of some serious overhauling... and also I really love a cluttered aesthetic! Legit my real life house, the walls are COVERED. covered. in artwork. I definitely take the time to arrange things both in life and AC so (to me, at least) it's busy but with a natural flow but tldr I HAVE SO MUCH *STUFF* on my island it's really hard to zoom around and catch a ton of bugs hahahah XD my top score was 7. But I still got almost everything except for every zillion color of dang spider doorplate! hahaha and I figure after another Bug Off I'll be able to patch in the last few and trade for what I didn't get.
