What DOESN'T count as trash towards your perfect town?

Obviously furniture items and clothing count as trash... but what about sea shells, mushrooms and fruit?

I'm curious because eventually... and I do mean far far into the future xD, I want to have famous mushrooms in a few places in my town but not if they count as garbage.

Mushrooms don't count. Regular fruit doesn't count when stacked.

mushrooms dont count, clovers, stacked fruit i believe and wrapped presents as well i think?
i had a load of presents out for dreamers and i still had a perfect town~
