I never tell my friend that my villagers have moved out of my town and whenever I see her, we streetpass and I chuckle evilly to myself when it happens because I know that in a day or two she's going to be calling me and abusing me because "so-and-so" moved in on top of her blue roses or right next to where she was planning to put something, or even right in the middle of her perfect apple orchard. So, my villagers only ever go into pixel dust for a few days or hours, and then get recreated in her town.

I just imagine them being sent to the game void. Anyone who likes to glitch with friends for fun in the game will know what I'm talking about (using the net to walk through objects to get past the train tracks). It's past the ocean and is never-ending. I've always pictured them being banished there and then getting pulled underground by something so that you can't see them when you glitch over there.

How do you void a villager?

A villager is classed as "voided" when they move away without someone else adopting them into their town.
