At least 12-15 villagers, a way to remove/move a rock in a different location, maybe ask a villager to move out? That one seems kinda harsh haha but it would be easier than waiting days for a possible ping saying they are finally going to move out.

I want to be able to put up villager/special villager pics on the wall!
Along with what a lot of people already said.
My most desired would be a place we can put our tools as they are separate. Course things like beans, pinwheels will still need to be in pocket.
I want more items to be refurbished and some better refurbishments.
Maybe more town layouts and more interesting pwps.
And please bring back villagers from the old games, I've never played them and alot look fantastic.
And just a small thing I want is a Jack figurine cause he's adorable. :3

Slightly unrelated, but I'm drooling thinking of what the Nintendo direct on this will bring. (If they do one, and when they do one.) I just heard the Yoshi title has been delayed until 2019. Good news...?
More fruit (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, lime, breadfruit, brown coconut, pumpkin, tomato, peppers, corn, papaya, etc.), palm trees on grass, different dress shapes (like straight down instead of pooffed out), farming (rice, taro, potatoes, wheat, etc.), cooking, more flower species (sunflowers, orchids, plumeria, etc.), skin tone, bigger towns, etc.

Can we have a 'remove all QRs' option much like Leif's weeding service? Pay money (and a double confirmation screen) to have all QRs cleaned up/wiped? Redoing an entire town one by one agonizing foot sweep is grueling. :c
This is going to sound totally silly but that ability to hold a watering can & an umbrella at the same time. When it rains I like to have my mayor carry an umbrella to make it feel more like I'm in the town at that moment. I only water my hybrids when it's raining because I read somewhere that even if it's raining we should water any flowers we want to breed with the watering can. Any time I water the hybrids in the rain my mayor has to put the umbrella away. Since neither item requires both hands to hold it (like a shovel) I would like for our mayors to be able to use the watering can AND keep dry under an umbrella.

I'd love the ability to wear a rucksack or carry a bag or something, to increase pocket space.
I would LOVE to be able to interact more with villagers, similar to HHD, where you can sit and drink tea with them, or have special conversations specific to each villager. It feels odd when they're simply walking around the homes, limited in what they can interact with. I love seeing them dancing around in HHD and even in PC where you have small cutscenes with them... It'd also be nice to have items that allow for more interactions, such as how the Wii U console and Nintendo 3DS in game give you mini-games and how the lovely phone gives you your fortune, maybe things such as the sewing machine would let you create pro designs without having to go through Mable each time! Sometimes it doesn't feel like there isn't enough to to with the villagers though, so that's really what I'm most interested in!

I really just want a WAY bigger town and more than a 30 limit on pwp and more pwps like a swing set. And more than 10 villagers a town.
If I got greedy, I would like to see villagers have bigger homes and decorations in their front yard. But we would need a really big town for this.
I would also like a way to control where houses go that's less tedious than plot resetting.

Hey! If you delete the QR swatch you want to get rid of, it will delete all the tiles from your town as well. ALSO if you want to keep your paths the same, but want a different style, you can drag the new path on top of the old path, and select "copy" and all your paths in town will be replaced with the new one.
I don't know if this has been mentioned but a "portable" version of the catalog kiosk would be nice. Maybe our mayor could have a cell phone with a T&T app that allows you to check your catalog from anywhere. I know I've been in Harvey's trying to remember if I bought what he had for sale that day and would have loved to have been able to check while I was there.

Like, they don't even sleep on the cots or hammocks? Or spin the jungle gym?

Shopping bags for your purchases. Much like Gracie, but for Nook(lings), Kicks, Able Sisters, etc. An option to put all your 'newly bought items' into one bag.
Heck, make it a tote bag you can purchase from the Nooklings for 99 bells. Or a 'green' one from Leif.
Give them themes, make them collectible, seasonal, like at regular grocery stores. It'd be a fun add on. c:

I need more shops. Right now I don't bother shopping,because I already have everything I need. I think going to another person's town should be in a hot air balloon.
