What do you do with your flowers when they go crazy?

How do you guys treat your flowers when they start growing out of control? I usually just trash them all lately.

i honestly just let it continue - i’m way too lazy to be digging up a bunch of flowers so they’re all just scattered around lmaooo - my island is literally covered in flowers and i’m running out of r o o m

I can't blame you. I waited about a week before even touching mine

I usually sell them just because I tend to do all the usual daily things first and my flower areas are on the way round the island then I go to Nooks Cranny after

Trash or sell them, but it doesn't apply to the hybrids.

I trash the roses, because for some reason I've started to dislike them quite a bit, and there are loads of them. Usually I trash most of the tulips too, but the rest I try and find a spot for them.

I've let them grow and now I'm over it I'm starting to clean up the place and I've been selling them but they're so cheap it's a nuisance I've never used a trash can and tbh I dont want trash at all on my island trash doesnt exist.. I need to organize my flowers because I'm still tryna make hybrids dough.. i have a big garden for that I dont mind it spreading

Take out my garbage can from the pocket, dig the flower then throw unless it's rare or a favorite hybrid.

You'd think they'd pay a bit more for some of the more rare hybrids.

I always hold them off controlling my flower population. And it really doesn't help when you've got a couple villagers that really like to water flowers. You're adding fuel to the fire, Raymond and Bea!

I've tried to give them away to friends if they're hybrids or match their theme first but since everyone is pretty much all set with their flowers now I usually end up trashing them. I'd love to sell them I'm just not wild about best friending random strangers so they can dig up your island. I know I could drop off, I just am kind of leery of that whole situation!

Honestly in the last week I'm just letting the flowers do what they want. I don't have the patience to spend 30 minutes digging them up everyday, haha!

ive had this happened with my hybrids. what was once a little happy garden of hybrids turned into a big ass garden of weeds and it was so frustrating. I had to sell them to gain a profit coz im a capitalist. ok im joking. It got to a point no one was interested in buying the hybrids i was selling so i gave them away but that progress was slow coz not many ppl wanted them too. so i paid ppl to help me get rid of them for me and now they're gone for good,

I always have a garbage bin in my pockets now. If I see a new bud I’ll dig it out and trash if my pockets get too full. At least the benefit of working on a rock garden is that there’s much fewer spots to spawn!

Yeah I ended up just putting down a temporary garbage bin in any area I'm cleaning up. Makes things go a lot faster
