What do you do before bed?

Depends though, I don't have any set routine or anything. I'll usually just be sitting at my desk, realise it's 3/4am and decide it's a good idea to move to my bed. I'll go to the bathroom and things, quickly scroll through some things, and try to sleep.

it varies but lately it's been:

- get a snack and water
- brush my teeth / wash my face
- put on a facial mask and while its setting play my DS a little
- wash mask off and use the restroom
- hop into bed, play my DS a little more
- scroll through fb & insta
- turn on game of thrones for an episode or two
- grab my kitties and curl up to my boyfriend & snooze

lately I've been asleep by 1:30-2am and it's getting annoying ;;
