I enjoy the Seraphim egg the most, although I like to headcanon it as a different mythological creature (maybe a feathered dragon or a gryphon). My other favorites are the Burger, Shiny Ditto, and Sunset eggs.

My favorite is the Seraphim Egg. No idea how to work it into a lineup yet, but I love it.
Next is the Sunset Egg. The colors are so pleasing to look at.
Third would be Butterfly Garden. I really like nature themed collectibles.

I voted for the Happy Ditto Easter Egg, the Crescent Moon Easter Egg and the Yellow Pikmin Easter Egg. My favorite is the Happy Ditto Egg, but I like the Shiny Ditto Egg as well.
It's nice that all three original Pikmin can finally be together
As for the Crescent Moon Egg, it was inspired by Sailor Moon and I think that's awesome.
Every time I see the Seraphim Egg I can't help but think it looks like a dragon straight out of Yu-Gi-Oh lol. Hmm, I wonder how it would have looked like with the Halloweaster Egg background instead.

I count released as new releases, so older ones are automatically discounted (love the prismatic and crescent moon eggs though)
as for the new selections though, I love the rosalina egg's simplicity and color palette, the seraphim egg for adding to the relatively rare monochrome (mostly) collectibles pool, the yellow pikmin egg for adding +1 to the species family, and the sunset egg is just a gorgeously designed egg. butterfly garden is great too, but speaking on an individual basis, the sunset probably edges out for more intricately designed eggs. though I get the feeling that the butterfly garden will be easier to work with in lineups
hamburger egg and ditto probably check out as "worst" for me, but just mainly by process of elimination. hamburger egg, I have trouble thinking up too much to do with it at present. though it makes me wonder if we'd see future "food" eggs (pizza egg and/or taco egg, anyone?) to give it more friends to play with
while the shiny ditto egg is a great complimentary piece to the happy ditto egg, but the colors being all too dark absolutely annoys me. though I'm probably also biased, because I'm still incredibly ticked off by gamefreak ruining gastly's shiny by making it darker... in effectively the exact same way that the shiny ditto egg is darker compared to an in-game shiny ditto

as a resident hardcore egg collector, I can confirm this was never the case
we had daisy, but not rosalina
Ohhh that's probably it, I must've been conflating it with the Daisy Egg due to the uniform designs, I forgot the Daisy one was a thing
