Buying Wall Shelf (not sure of the name LOL)

I'm looking to buy that mini wall shelf that fits one item on a wall, I'm not sure of the name of it unfortunately. I tried to Google it as well but had no luck LOL.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about I'd like to buy a bit of a bulk of them! If possible I'd rather do IGB, but if tbt is preferred then not very much of it~
