Villager moving in question

Good morning, I wanted to know something about neighbors moving in and moving out:
-I was at 9 villagers, the 9th being hopper from my brother's town
-Quilson moved out a few days ago
-I convinced Avery to move in via the campsite 2 days ago (his fence post is present in town today)
I will be at 9 villagers again, but since Avery was from the campsite will I get a 10th normal villager move in in the next couple of days or not? Thank you

you won't - your 10th villager can only come from the campsite or someone else's town, never a random move-in. uninvited villagers only move into towns with 8 or less
