Time Travel Question

So, I time traveled for the first time after 2 months.
When I did, a neighbor of mine moved away.
Now, the question is, if I reset the game, will my neighbor still be there?

No. I'm assuming you saved after time traveling. The neighbor will never come back unless one day in the far future he moves back. Which I doubt. Time Traveling makes the neighbors think you dont like them because you dont talk to them for that period of time you traveled.

I haven't saved yet, so my neighbor will still be there, right?

Once you changed the date and time, and logged into the game, it automatically saved for you. Once Rover says "let me get things ready." He saves prior to letting you into your town. Even if you go back in time, it will already have saved that your neighbor moved away
