I find it to be very polarizing in the community. People either do it and are very defensive, or don't do it and criticize those who do.
I do time travel, I have since game cube, but I don't understand the need to argue about it. I'm not about to try to convince anyone, it's your game and really not my business how you plan to play it.
My personal reasoning for doing it is simply that I like to play a lot. I usually do everything I want to do within 30 minutes to an hour of starting the day, and it usually isn't enough. So I time travel to the next day and play more. It's not for money or anything like that. Just to play more. I'm not a very patient person in general, I suppose.
I guess I have a few questions. What are your thoughts on time traveling in general and how the community reacts to it? If you do, why? Do you ridicule people whether they do it or not? Why or why not? Okay, that was more than a few, but I'm very interested in how people perceive it, as it seems to be an interesting point of conversation/contention within the animal crossing community.
