For the way he looks i think the lazy personality does not fit at all on him. In other hand is funny because when you talk to him you expect a Cranky voice but suddenly it sounds like a lazy villager.
i agree that he looks more like a cranky villager than a lazy one, but otherwise i think he’s pretty cute! i like his eyes. i’d be down to have him on my island one day.
I love him! His spooky design is cool by itself, but I think his lazy personality makes him even better, simply because it's so not what you'd expect ahaha. I had him on my island for quite some time and while I didn't keep him in the end, he really grew on me during his stay. I'd definitely consider having him as one of my permanent villagers in the next AC game.
I never thought a villager could “look” a certain personality. I can see how he can be mistaken as cranky, though… I personally think he’s a cute villager. He’s not a species I’d normally have on my island, but I’d be open to giving him a chance.
I had Rodeo in New Leaf and I liked him a lot.I've thought about getting him for New Horizons but somehow haven't got around to it.I didn't realize he was a lazy when he showed up in my old cycling town and was pleasantly surprised by that.I liked his spooky red eyes and beatnik shirt.I'm not crazy about the graduation gown he wears in New Horizons but that can always be changed.
I've got him on my island! He's one of my favorites, so I got his amiibo. I actually like that he isn't a Cranky, since Dobie is my designated Cranky, and I think it's cute that he's this scary black demon bull who just wants to eat food and play with bugs.
Fun fact, he gave me an old gym tee for building him something, and I was like "gross! Well, come live with me forever, why don't you."
He lives outside the graveyard on my island, and I've seen him hanging out with Wisp the actual ghost multiple times lol.
He’s cool! I definitely had him on WW or CF, his design is simple but effective and the palette is nice. My problem with most of the bull designs is detail either being too plain or weird and unpleasant (like the one with stubble) rather than the silhouette so having a basic bull that looks so nice is nice itself ig.
Aww, I love Rodeo. He was the first villager I invited on a mystery island, and he was on my island for quite some time. I don't mind his lazy personality, though like most people, I was surprised by the bug talk.
I think his lazy type suits him, but I see why others think differently. Unfortunately I have seen him get cranky! I was running behind a cliff, and when I came out the other side, I realised I had been pushing Rodeo around. I had a little further to go, so I kept pushing him (without malicious intent) and it turns out villagers don't like when you push them. Go figure. Sorry, Rodeo.
I love Rodeo. He was perfect for my gothic themed island that I had in the past. The lazy personality didn’t bother me but I found his western name to be a bit surprising. Rodeo seems more like a name for a jock anyway.
I think Rodeo is quite lovely. I had him in new leaf and I also brought him to live on my new horizons island. I just can’t imagine having my island without him.
He is definitely one of my favorites. I like that his personality is also lazy. You would think he would be a cranky, but no. His eyes also don’t bother me. I think they are cute. I see them more as a hot pink instead of red.
