The Rage Quit Thread

Haven't seen this on Bell Tree, so I was wondering:

What/Where/Who has made you rage quit in video games?


The one for me that comes to mind is Turtle Rock in Zelda: Link to the Past. Just stop dying and light the timed torches and run to the door just as one blows out and go back and light them again!

Rage quit?
Hm, a lot of things.
For example when you (just barely) are able to finally get to a final boss, die, and have to keep starting over and over.
Or just when you can't beat a boss even though you keep trying different strategies and keep attempting to beat them.

Everytime an enemy with 2 CRIT manages to crit me in Fire Emblem.

Like when you are doing a group game and everyone quits at the last boss :/

Ah, or when a group of two or more all dies and there's one person left during an important boss fight
You're all counting in them to at least survive if not win
But then they die.

(actually I don't rage quit at this, but it is pretty annoying and sometimes I want to )

GranTurismo 5. Because the AI is bloody cheap. For some reason, there's always that -one- AI car that's way faster than every other AI car on the track, and you might as well forget about catching up to them if they get into the lead; because then they just get even faster.

edit: actually.. GT5 is the second game to cause me to throw my controller down in anger. I forget what the other game was called[Mighta been PSO for Gamecube], but the other controller I broke was my Wavebird. Funny thing is.. both controllers had the same damage. Broken R button.

I sometimes come close to rage quitting when I get para haxed or confusion haxed 2-3 times in a row in a pokemon battle, So frustrating. -__-

I almost never ragequit, but I'll admit that I remember one time that I ragequit in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. I kept losing on the first level. >.<

I'll rage quit if I can't defeat a boss in any game and I also rage quit if I lose in a Pokemon battle. I can't take that anymore.

I hate when in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 on wiiU, that TIGER DOES NOT HAVE A CREDIT VIDEO D:
You can do arcade battles and when you win all 10 rounds, you get a video of the character you played. Tiger is best player. He has no video.

I did rage quit once. Well kind of. I was playing Pokemon Heartgold. I could NOT get past the elite 4 and I was so angry that I couldn't beat them. I stopped playing. Picked the game up about a week later and tried once more and I beat them! Very happy about that!
