Tell me about your favourite jock

Bam, Rudy and Kid Cat are my personal favorites and probably the only ones right now. I'm not too big on the jock villagers, but if I had to choose one of them, it would be either of those three I mentioned. I don't really know why I'm not fond of the jocks, but I'm guessing it might be because of appearance. I've had Bam a little more than Rudy or Kid Cat, and he was actually pretty nice to me. Right now I currently have Teddy in my New Horizons game and I will admit, I'm warming up to him a lot. So Teddy would be another mention.

I need to becomes best friends with a jock to get that flourish reaction, but I'm really struggling to find one I can connect with. Rudy and Genji would fit best on my island but even still I'm lukewarm about them. Tell me about your favourite jock, maybe I'm overlooking someone.

Alright I love the jocks so heres a list:
Boots (super cute alligator so often overlooked), Drift, Bill, Mac, Ribbot, Scoot and Poncho.

These guys are all super cute and for the most part overlooked & underrated. I can not recommend them enough! All of their designs are adorable and unique. I have had most of these villagers either on my island or NL at some stage. Hope you find a Jock that you really like!

Roald is definitely my favorite! I love so him much. He's definitely not muscular at all tho, he's hiding his fat lol

Flip! He was a starting villager of mine and I honestly like him so much. He’s super cute and always complements my character. I have had a few other jock villagers in nl that kind of annoyed me so I did not plan on keeping very many in nh but flip will be a permanent villager on my island

I really enjoyed having Dom on my island, but overall I’d say probably Scoot for nostalgia reasons haha.

Even though I’ve yet to see him on New Horizons yet.

I don’t like jocks very much in general, but Scoot, Teddy, and Dom are total cuties. I pretty much only like them for their looks though. The jock personality feels so bland to me because all they talk about is working out. I know for a fact that just because you’re a jock doesn’t mean you constantly/only talk about working out, lol.

Bill is probably my favorite jock. I think it's because his appearance is so opposite anything jock like, that it makes the 'jock dialogue' so funny and endearing. I love how earnest he is about everything he does. An added plus for me is that he has the 'play' hobby rather than the 'fitness' hobby. Jocks with the fitness hobby come off as too over the top, imo.

I am not a huge jock fan, I started out with Biff and I did really like him but his house was so bland. When he asked to leave I was sad but I am seconding Stinky. I had Stinky's amiibo card so when Biff wanted to leave, Stinky took the jock spot and I just love him.

kid cat!! he was my starter jock and wasn’t who i was planning on having but i grew super attached to him and now he’s permanent! he talks about fitness a lot in typical jock fashion but he’s super cute and great to have around ;w;

Came here originally to promote Genji...but having seen your post I will refrain. I also really like the design of Biff! He’s such a cute little grumpy bruiser! And I love love Stinky! His design is silly, but also so perfect. He has such a cute dopey expression and his catchphrase is ‘GAHH’!
I recently ran into Rory on an island and he was actually super cute, and his design is unique and interesting.

I love teddy’s eyebrows, and I agree with the people mentioning how cute Tank is. Drift has coloring that I find very appealing.

I’m going to be real basic and go with Dom!! He’s just so cute and looks so fluffy that I found it hard to believe at first that he’s a jock. I always find him doing the Naruto run around my island. When I chance upon him having conversations with my other villagers they tend to be funny as he seems to be real clueless as well talking about muscles and fitness like jocks do.

If you don't want a workout freak, look for jocks that doesn't have fitness as their hobby.

Dom, Rudy, Bill and Hamlet are great choices. They have "play" as their hobby so you'd see them running around more often than carrying a dumbbell. They also don't look like jocks. I have Rudy for a long time and I rarely see him work out.

I really like Teddy. He was my favorite villager back in my original GameCube town, and I have him in ACNL and ACNH (yay for Amiibo cards).

I’m a fan of bears in general, so that’s the biggest selling point for me. But as jocks go, I find it kind of funny to have this animal who has a lot of features that look similar to a teddy bear going on about weight lifting and working out.

I actually have two jocks in my town, Biff (one of my starters) and Teddy. Even though the jock personality itself isn’t necessarily my favorite, I really like both of those villagers and the energy they bring to the role. One thing that stands out about both of them is that they aren’t animals I would think of as being natural fits for the jock type.

Dom was my starter so boy do I ever love him, but Stinky the jock has always been one of my favourite villagers across AC games. It can be tiresome to hear all the bicep talk all the time, but I love his mask (the underwear on his head), his wrestling-themed house, and his over-the-top personality paired with the big grin that’s always on his face. Him and Tabby (the scariest looking peppy you’ll ever meet) are neighbours on my island and he’s a forever resident.

Ahhh Stinky is my favourite jock too since New Leaf. I’m glad he’s getting some love!! Another villager to add to the underwear list, I really love Scoot. I just find it hilarious that a scrawny little cat and a tiny duck always talk about their bulging muscles.

- He is adorable, a simple lil normal looking frog design. Very cute.
- He rarely ever works out! I actually, personally, have never seen him work out.
- His hobby is Play so he’s just always airplane-ing around town.
- He is canonically the 3rd youngest of quintuplets and is meant to be one of the “younger” villagers, that plus his small stature and play hobby is basically like having a super adorable 12 year old frog running around town all day. He is literally the only truly adorable jock~

Bonus: His house is real basic, nothing horrid about it at all unlike some jocks.

My favorite jock is definitely Ribbot! I love his little robotic voice and the absurdity of a robot talking about weight-lifting and abs. I think it's really quirky, and it adds some flavor to a personality I'm not too fond of otherwise, too.

Right now I don't really have a favorite Jock, but I do like my starter villager Flip. He's yet to ask to move, but may go whenever he pleases. I'll definitely miss him when the time comes.

You might like Dom My personal favourite jock is Sterling though I didn't feel like he would fit my island theme, and I love Genji as well
