Artwork T-Virus

Hello,
Here I share a T-virus pattern that I made, plus Chris Redfield Stars uniform. I?m not sure about the quality of the uniform (second design I ever made) but I was thinking that maybe someone could give me an advise so I could improve it (same applies to the T-virus). Thanks in advance.

Looks nice. :3 For advice I'm not sure... I'm not very good at making designs right now, but maybe more shading? Might make it less flat.
