starter villagers refuse to move?

i've been TTing to get freya out for a trade, and she was one of my starters

she just refuses to want to want to move :<
do i just have bad luck, or do starter villagers take longer to move out?

edit: she's finally decided to move xD!

peanut was my 2nd one to move so (and she was a starter)
i dont think its harder, but it depends on what method you're using. ignoring villagers work best, but there are some tricks.
idk and dont hit them with nets too
and uh which trick are you doing?? the tt 2 days and then tt 2 days back or another one, because i know one that works better than that.

yeah i've been ignoring her except for one talk every now and then just in case someone doesn't tell me about her moving so she'll ping me

i've been using the 1 day, 1 day, 1 day then 4 days backwards trick

ah i've been reading that yeah =) i'm kind of experimenting between the two

i have 9 villagers, but i guess it is because of my luck, i know i had some pretty bad luck sometimes. Orz
