I have a ton of bells and hardly anything to spend them on, so I might as well buy some of my favorite villagers so I don't have to keep cycling until I get someone I can tolerate.

If I didn't have villagers to spend it on, I'd probably just end up giving bells away.

I personally give my villagers away in my cycling towns, but then that's just preference.
I used to sell villagers and then when I returned, I figured if I can make someone's day by giving them a dream villager, I would.
Not that I have any problem with people selling villagers though, each to their own! I'm happy for them if they can get bells//TBT for their time! c:

I have multiple towns, but as of now, only one of them is a main town, the rest are either for cycling, giveaways, and then yesterday I purchased a copy of the game for myself and my boyfriend to share ;u; We're going to make a nice themed town c:

I agree, I think a lot of the prices on here are outrageous. Thanks to people who powersave/dupe Bells, the exchange rate of 1 TBT = 200k IGB probably isn't going to change. You're better off posting on here for TBT than actually playing the game farming beetles on the island for IGB.

It's amazing, too, since I sold a villager like a year ago for 5m IGB I think? I thought back then that was a ton.
I'm scared to even look in the Villager Trading Plaza nowadays to be honest.
