I made at own strictly for cycling but have found myself falling for a few of my villagers... Stitches and Fang just have to stay as they are dreamies but there are a few others, Lucky I just stopped from moving earlier today! Any advice on whether or not to keep them and why would help

If you like that town, you should keep it and don't have to keep cycling. You can just get villagers to move at slower rates or use methods to move out villagers faster while keeping the ones you do. I think you should do what makes the game more fun for you, and it sounds like that might be keeping those villagers.
I wouldn't choose cycling over that, especially because I've noticed lots of people getting burnt out on cycling. You can still have villagers move in and out without cycling and while still stopping to enjoy your game.

I highly recommend Mira as an Uchi. Uchis happen to be my favorite, in terms of design AND personality, so I love them all (Except Pashmina and Tammy. I still like them, but don't adore them like the others.

Put of the four options I voted for Eunice. One because she's the only one I've ever had in a town, so I don't really know about the others, and two because she's my favourite villager in my main town at the moment :3

I voted Lucky just because I had him on my cycling and gave him away recently, but I want to get him on my main eventually cause he's a mummy dog and I have Ankha the sphinx cat. I loved having him on my cycling. He was fun.
If I could have more than 10 villagers, lets say 15 villagers, I would have Lucky. So he's in my top 15 all time villagers. I find him adorable, even though you can't see anything but an eyeball. Hehe, that's pretty impressive. Like how some Disney characters are so simple but great animation makes them amazing. Like the magic carpet in Aladdin. It's literally a rectangle, but so expressive! I digressed a little, but I think you get my point. Lucky is cool.

The only two who I feel should stay are Lucky and Snake, with Snake being the favorite between the two of them. The other ones aren't all that great in my opinion.
