Candy-rose, your town look nice so far, the rows of perfect apples look like toffee apples (which was probably the intent), and really match the candy themed town. The town hall also looks great against the night sky and covered in snow. The rows of flowers help bring out the colours in the paths that gets washed out a bit by the snow. I like the heart shaped light structure (I can't remember it's proper name!), it fits in nicely especially with there seems to be a meteor shower in the night your dream town is set.
For Rose's house, I like the shiny toilet

. A very colourful back room, the kitchen looks super cute with all the plates of food laid around the place. The upstairs room is very... pink, and matches the town's theme very well. I love the corner of the room with the papa bear and the statues and artwork add to the atmosphere of the room. I also quite like the basement, even though it's unfinished. It just seems like a nice and cozy place to read a book. Though maybe add your statues to the upstairs room?
Charlie's house also matches with the pink, even with the more modern interior and the brightly coloured exterior gives some colour to the snowy landscape outside (winter seems to make lots of things seem a bit bland, though obviously not your fault!).
Jesse's house... ah my eyes the colour! So many balloons, it's like a play area for kids. I still feel like it works, the bright colours definitely fit with the candy themed town. However the upstairs feels vastly different, not sure if this is intentional or not.
Janine's house is very wintery, the ice furniture and other furniture fit the town's season but again I'm not too sure the upstairs with the mermaid fits the downstairs, although they are both fantasy of sorts.
Overall, I love the theme of the town and I feel you have made it match this theme very well. Note that I don't know what you are planning to do with your town, so you might be thinking about doing some of these things I suggest. Some of the houses, however, seem a bit mismatched. Perhaps switch some of the rooms around when you upgrade your houses so each house follows a theme. Also: no sweets set? it would fit perfectly with your town!
Other things may be more trees - it seems a bit sparse - and more bushes, as there only seems to be a few and I feel they help define paths more.

To the person that gets me, my town is still in major construction. I'm slowly growing more trees and I just got TIY so I can finally buy bushes to plant. I'm also doing some hybrid breeding, so there's flowers all over the place.
