Review the Dream Town above you!

I wanted to visit some of the towns posted, and so far I visited Clambake and Amyville. The people that reserved them can still review, but I just wanted to say that I loved the natural forest theme in Clambake. The cafes are really cute too.

Amyville is also very nice. The pokeball path is cute, and I love the way you decorated your house. It was also fun dressing up in the witch clothes you set out.

Both towns were a joy to visit. I plan on visiting more soon. :)

~ Reserved for Candyway ~

First, I love your choice of the QR code paths! It fits your town name perfectly <3 makes me crave sweets lol I really like the pink candy blocks. And the brick bridges really go well with your path patterns C:

I talked to Chrissy- she was the first villager I saw. And she's so adorable!! I never really got a chance to meet Chrissy in game b4, so tht was cool :3. She's so pink with big, cute eyes >_<

Then I went to the mayor Rose's house cause your villagers kept telling me I should go check it out, haha. (Love the sweet exterior!) So I did and I really like the fact that it's like a real house. There's Living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. So realistic! I especially like the second floor with gothic white rococo set. One of my favorite sets- I had it in my old town and I'll probably add that to my current house later. Love the pink theme- the bear, rose painting, bed.. Wish it was my real bedroom lol I wanna cuddle with that giant pink bear haha

One little suggestion for your kitchen is to put tables in the room first then put little kitchen gadgets/decorations on top of the tables instead of putting them on the floor. I suggest..hmm minimalist table, classic buffet, exotic end table? Something simple.. I like the lazy Susan in the middle tho c: you can also add sink and kitchen island (if you come across it.. I think it's rare item on islands?) I always thought of putting kitchen in my house, tho I'm not done with my house, so that's all I can think of xD

Jesse, Janine, Charlie's houses: you must have put a lot of time decorating all the houses with all different sets! That's so amazing cuz I'm not even done with my mayors house xD I never seen customized astro & robo series b4- pretty cool! I like it better than the original ones. So creative. I also love the ice & mermaid series. I have ice set in my mayors house too c:

I like the hybrid flowers by Retails- pink, white, black roses match your paths just perfectly. I suggest using those around the paths c: oh and red/pink/white combo by town hall too. They look so pretty. I didn't see that many bush starts - they look pretty nice & decorative so I suggest saving some up and planting them in your town ^_^ I think some PWPs (fountain, flower clock) would look nicer surrounded with flowers/bushes too..

I'm guessing you didn't unlock that many PWPs yet- I think fairy tale clock and bench would be perfect for your town theme c: (best luck on unlocking them! I waited forever for fairy tale bridge request xD)) oh and I love the location of campsite & cafe- they are in a really good spot in my opinion!

I really enjoyed it while I was dreaming of your town. Thanks for sharing your DA! C:

My DA is 5500-4431-3754 **my house is not really finished D: especially 2F and basement is a huge mess...and alt character Juliette's house too.. Just a lil warning, haha >_<

Thanks! The reason they're on the floor at the moment is that I'm waiting for the nooklings to have the tables I need for sale. I suppose the classic buffet would do in the meantime. Portia gave me one a while back, which I sold. I can reorder them though. Thank you for the suggestion

The reason why I didn't have that many bushes is because my town is currently at a standstill. I'm waiting till I get the gold watering can till I do more with landscaping. I saved up a bunch in my museum 2floor storage. :P

I want to get certain hybrids to put around my fountain and metal bench, I'm just not sure which one. Again, I'll do more with them after getting the gold watering can.

You would be correct. The villagers never seem to suggest very good PWP's or at least ones I actually WANT. Hopefully the fairy tale clock and bench is unlocked soon! Which personality suggests them?

Anyways, thanks for the nice review and for your suggestions. I completely forgot about the classic buffet tbh! XD

Very nice and well-decorated town! First thing I noticed of course was the bamboo and such around the Plaza, and I made sure to do this review wearing the bear costume you left there :)

I really admire all the different path textures you used, all placed in cool areas and they looked so natural you'd think they were already there. Lots of cool hybrids, and I like the PWPs and their placements too! Again, they all looked so natural that you'd think they were already in town before you took up residence :P

I really like what you did with the beach too, I feel like for most towns it goes underappreciated and I'm guilty of that myself, but your beach looks so great with all the flowers and hybrids and the patterns they're placed in! Special notice goes to that bench you have just overlooking the beach on the south end, it looks great! Coming back up from there (leading up to Brewser's, which I'll add is also decorated amazingly!) I love the pathway you have going on that's just lined with special treestumps, I can only imagine how long it took to get all of those around.

Both of the player houses are really cool too, I'm especially fond of Arabelle's house of course, but even the smaller house looked really fun :) Nice selection of villagers too, I remember back when I had Muffy!

And one particular comment is that I love what you've done with the town's layout. Mine is a bit similiar just it has one inner-peninsula instead of two, and I remember people telling me that it makes things more annoying and gives less room overall... after seeing what you've done with two inner-peninsulas by the river, I'd beg to differ with them! All in all I love your town, definitely inspired me to get to work on mine a lot more >_<

Speaking of which, here's mine, I haven't gone all out with it yet because I've been trying to get my dreamies together, but now that Octavian has moved in today and his plot was in a very nice location (right alongside Brewster's practically, you'll see), I've decided to put a lot more work into it. Well, here we go! :

Anyways, thanks for the nice review and for your suggestions. I completely forgot about the classic buffet tbh! XD

Normal villagers suggest most of the fairy-tale PWPs, while Peppy suggests fairy-tale bridge. If you have a hard time getting the requests, you can always try 'trapping' them (dig lots of holes around them so they can't move or escape) then use the diving trick lol so when you see your Normal villager outside, trap her somewhere.. I know it sounds mean.. but it helps lol I'm pretty sure I have all the tables I suggested.. if you want I can just order them and drop them off to you ^_^ I'll see if I can find other tables that would fit in the kitchen theme. I also have extra golden watering can/axe/shovel.. well, if you wanna trade PM/VM me ^^* and some pairs of hybrids so you can start breeding them in your town maybe? c: oh, when I first got the classic buffet, I thought it would be a buffet with foods but turned out to be a pretty nice table lol haha

To thecheese103 ~~ thank you so much for your review <3!! I'm glad you liked the bear costume, hehe ^_^ I wanted to do something gender neutral with the presents.. xD instead of leaving all girly stuff or all boyish stuff.. and I was like 'who doesn't like cute bears?' lol I'm glad you like the houses! they are so far from done and yet you said all the nice things <3 thank you again. ^_^ To be honest, I chose the map cuz I liked how close the Retails was from the train station. Then I kinda regretted about having two inner-peninsula shape.. but I kinda made it work and I'm happy with it now. c: I'll visit your dream town sometime soon too! ^^

Waking up surrounded by bamboo and a garden of white flowers was a lovely start. Headed east to begin a clockwise-cycle around town, following a cute path that goes well with the overall theme. Seems as if princesses reside in Arabelle's house, very classy sets on the main floor; upstairs and downstairs are more playful but still looks nice. Love the flower placements, although some areas seem a bit randomized. Guessing you're still working on that. The Gracie and Egg set looks nice together in Juliette's house. Your PWPs are well placed and you have adorable villagers. I really want Tia.
Overall, I think your town is really cozy and I'm sure It'll only improve.

My town is about 95% done, lol. Elvis and Chrissy butchered the path in front of town hall so I had to improvise. I'm also working on getting all the stump patterns, so I'm constantly growing a few trees at a time. My houses are complete, however. Hope whoever visits enjoys it, thanks :D

I really liked your town!
I really enjoyed all of the hybrids "grouped-upp"
I also really enjoyed the fruit trees running along the paths
I think that your PWP's are put in very nice spots
Your houses and charachters are also very nice (there ae so many of them so I won't go in to detail :/ )

I'm very bad at reviews xD

My town is kinda halfbaked, I've only worked on a few areas, others are just like when I arrived less than a month ago

Guess I'll review yours, the cheese103.

Wow, you have tons of flowers. I'm assuming you're working on making hybrids. Your path just kind of appeared out of nowhere, maybe you're still working on laying it out. I love the rose garden around town hall, it's very vibrant and goes well with the flower archway. You have some cool villagers, I missed my chance getting Marina while she was camping because my town was full. The fruit room is really cute, I love the Domo couch. All your rooms have great sets, I love the mushroom and robot ones a lot.
Seems like a work in progress, but it's a great start.

I want this one! :D

The paths are so cool and unique! They look very soft and sweet (if that makes any sense) compared to the bright pastel pink paths. You even put some clovers among the path! I found Poppy to talk to next to the town plaza. She looks fabulous with her fishing rod. The wisteria trellis looks great with the forest of bamboo leading up to it. Your cube sculpture also had some nice symmetry going on with the hedges (I'm a sucker for symmetry). Your PWP placement is great! Everything is easily visible and I don't have to go running around to look for them. It's a shame Shari moved in front of your house. You could have connected it to the main path. I would also recommend more flowers in some places, but it looks great overall! :D

Onto SEM's house! Holy crap that's a nice bathroom. I never expected marble and the cabana series would look good. What are the lion heads on the wall called? I need to get some of those for my bathroom! xD I also really like the left room. It had that rugged theme that reminds me of a bar. The lighting in the upstairs room was perfect. You have a little study in your basement! The tribal masks seem out of place however.

Your town is great! It was very original and incredibly gorgeous. Good luck finishing that 5%.

Hayley, I love the brightness of the colors just as the player wakes up. It's very bright in peppy but not in the "too bright" way were it would stick out like a sore thumb. You've done a fantastic job in choosing you're paths and matching it up with the brick one. Also navigation is made simple by the way you laid it out, the only place I felt disoriented was town hall. The path goes all the ways around but not up to the door, i found strange but also unique. I love the pwps by the first bridge and Freckles house matches your path so perfectly! Adorable! Maybe you could make a path leading to her door to make her exterior really pop? Your path also compliments re tail really well c:
Fantastic job on placing Nanas & Rosies house! They compliment your paths as well.

I'd like to see Pikachu's hair blonde, but the pink is cute too!

Wow your beach is perfect! Lots of potential there! I always find it difficult fishing at my beach because it goes upwards and I can't see the fish (does that make sense?) Fishing there must be a breeze, maybe you could drop a fishing pole by there for deco and for the dreamer?

Your houses were all very well put together, inside and out. Everything was neat but not boring. I especially like the matching sets and color combinations. I didn't know you could customize a simple kettle to pink, I'll have to steal that idea from you c; I know some of the rooms were bare but obviously you don't intend to keep them that way. Same thing with the flowers, I know you're working on that and I know they'll give your town a nice splash of color to go with your cute paths.

I also really enjoyed your villagers. Especially Poncho, he's adorable.

So far it's looking great! The only thing that kind of confused me was your town hall section but other than that I can't wait to see more pwps, flowers and bushes! Might I suggest leaving some clothes laying around that a visitor can change into? And maybe getting a bunny villager to match your cute paths? Good luck with your town dear~

Princisca you have a lovely forest town. One of my favorite spots was the area around town hall. Loved the landscaping around it and the campfire area and well to the right. And, the tools placed around town acting like treasure chests was a cute idea. Your Legend of Zelda elements could be stronger if that's the main theme.

Frankie's house is cute. Very nice main room and mermaid room, but the ship seemed a little lost and out of place on the floor. You need more furniture in the basement. And, perhaps a clearer picture of what you want each room to be.

Jakie's house has a nice nature theme throughout, but you really need to try and get the forest floor for the main room. Though perhaps the jungle floor would work as a good temporary replacement, or I've seen a leaf pattern qr, somewhat looks like the autumn floor, that might look good as well with the furniture.

Beautiful work so far though. I really enjoyed your town.

~Reserved for above~

To the person below. My kitchen is still a work in progress, as well as my town. It's currently at a standstill right now till after I get the gold watering can from Isabelle. Seems like it's taking forever!

Candy-rose, your town look nice so far, the rows of perfect apples look like toffee apples (which was probably the intent), and really match the candy themed town. The town hall also looks great against the night sky and covered in snow. The rows of flowers help bring out the colours in the paths that gets washed out a bit by the snow. I like the heart shaped light structure (I can't remember it's proper name!), it fits in nicely especially with there seems to be a meteor shower in the night your dream town is set.

For Rose's house, I like the shiny toilet :P. A very colourful back room, the kitchen looks super cute with all the plates of food laid around the place. The upstairs room is very... pink, and matches the town's theme very well. I love the corner of the room with the papa bear and the statues and artwork add to the atmosphere of the room. I also quite like the basement, even though it's unfinished. It just seems like a nice and cozy place to read a book. Though maybe add your statues to the upstairs room?

Charlie's house also matches with the pink, even with the more modern interior and the brightly coloured exterior gives some colour to the snowy landscape outside (winter seems to make lots of things seem a bit bland, though obviously not your fault!).

Jesse's house... ah my eyes the colour! So many balloons, it's like a play area for kids. I still feel like it works, the bright colours definitely fit with the candy themed town. However the upstairs feels vastly different, not sure if this is intentional or not.

Janine's house is very wintery, the ice furniture and other furniture fit the town's season but again I'm not too sure the upstairs with the mermaid fits the downstairs, although they are both fantasy of sorts.

Overall, I love the theme of the town and I feel you have made it match this theme very well. Note that I don't know what you are planning to do with your town, so you might be thinking about doing some of these things I suggest. Some of the houses, however, seem a bit mismatched. Perhaps switch some of the rooms around when you upgrade your houses so each house follows a theme. Also: no sweets set? it would fit perfectly with your town!

Other things may be more trees - it seems a bit sparse - and more bushes, as there only seems to be a few and I feel they help define paths more.

--

To the person that gets me, my town is still in major construction. I'm slowly growing more trees and I just got TIY so I can finally buy bushes to plant. I'm also doing some hybrid breeding, so there's flowers all over the place.

~~ 00jachna ~~ Town of Petoria ~~

First, I love all your path patterns!! You must have spent forever working on your paths. Brown brick ones are so neat! And the water path from train station to plaza. Woah. I love them so much. I really wanted that in my town too but it uses up too much qr code spaces so yeah D: I gave up. looks really nice in your town!! Path from Retails look natural too. I really like all the open space- it's like the opposite of my town xD my town is covered with paths and flowers so I feel like your town is more natural. c: two fountains on the way to the bridge are so beautifully decorated!

By the way, are you going to build more bridge? Just noticed that you only have one bridge.. Well, you have a pretty straight river (so lucky you!) so maybe just one more horizontal bridge near north west? c: just a little suggestion. Maybe you're already planning on it xD

Jacks house- omg I love the customized marshmallow chairs <3 they look so squish and yummy... Hahah it's very simple, but you made it work! Looks like a realistic room. Love the music box. What is it playing? Sounds so familiar but I can't remember the name. (Lil suggestion: put music box on top of minimalist mini table maybe? Or some end table with simple look. I think that'd look nice instead of the floor). Guessing you are trying to collect mermaid set for 2F.. I'm trying to collect that as well lol.

Your villagers are so cute <3 Rosie and Ankha.. I wish I could have more than 10 villagers! >_<
Not sure if you plot resetted, but most of your villagers are lined up in south part! That's pretty neat. Can't wait to see the southern part all decorated and organized with your patching skills xD and good luck unlocking more PWPs c: (didn't see that many so I'm guessing you haven't unlocked a lot; sorry if I'm wrong >_<; )

I really enjoyed my time in your dream town. It was refreshing. Ty for sharing your DA! And sorry your town was skipped n took a while for a review :c
