I got Tangy, Bob, and Whitney from my campsite, no regrets here. :3 Besides, I built it in a kind of secluded area, and I've turned that whole section of land into a campsite by building other things related to camping around it so I think it actually looks kind of neat. ^-^
I want to do a campsite when I start up another town, but not until I get the bridge funded. The bridge, for me, is really the most important Public Works Project to complete unless you want to go all the way around the town to get somewhere.
Never ever. I love the Campsite. I had three cute villagers moving in from there (Hamlet, Bones and Sheldon) and like to see a new face in my town every few days. Nan is camping right now. Too bad that I have no more room.
I don't regret it in the slightest! The campsite is one of my favorite new features in this game. Without it, I wouldn't have gotten one of my favorite villagers, Hippeux!
No regrets here! I just see it as increasing the chances of getting cute villagers in my town. I got Molly from it the other day, after weeks of ugly hippos/mice etc.
You can make a lot of money out of lazy villagers. If you win the fruit eating game first time with them, which is pretty easy, they will pay 4x the price of the item they want. Selling them fish and beetles brings in a lot.
I love it as a feature. It's nice to have new faces for a day. Though I've tried twice now to convince the camper to move in and they've both said no. I wonder if its because I'm already at 9 villagers.
