Ready for August?

Tomorrow is the start of a new month, and not just any month, it's August. Ready to leave July behind, or as I like to call it, "Cicada Month" , and enter the Firework Festival Month?

Before doing so, make sure you catch your honeybees and tadpoles if you haven't already, as they will be gone tomorrow.

Can't wait for the fireworks! The fireworks are very special to me. 2013 was one of the happiest times of my life... I had so many friends who would come and watch those fireworks with me. They've all moved on, I presume, but I still can't help thinking about those times..

It's the month I'm hoping I'll be able to obtain my last two dream villagers, and finally have my town designed and decorated to my satisification.

It'll probably be the last month of me playing Animal Crossing, too

I really love the cicadas in Animal Crossing! I'll miss them a lot. The fireworks are fun, so I'll be looking forward to that.

Cicadas are still around in August, unfortunately. I'll be glad when they're gone though because they're so annoying. Everywhere I go, I hear one that sounds like a washing machine and it drives me crazy.

It was the first fireworks nights in one of my towns. Both players won the lovely phone on the 2nd ticket.
I love the fireworks music and was up late playing.

I want to accomplish something. I've spent the majority of my animal crossing time on other people, giving away stuff, that I never focused on my town or what I wanted. I want to feel like I actually did something for myself, and I want to end the game feeling happy with what I accomplished.
