Rainy season?

Most of late June/early July it rained a lot. I remember the Nintendo preview for July and them talking about "Enjoying the summer sun" and I'm like "It's been raining the entire time!"

Yes, it’s only not rained 1 day since sept 1st on my island... I like it! I don’t have to water all my flowers.
