problems loading up the game

so as of today it takes a few attempts to actually load up the game and it takes a while, is this just me?

No, i've noticed it too! I get a black screen for a full minute when I start up my game. But just wait it out. It'll eventually load. I do hope they fix it..

I got flashbacks to the DS era when my Switch took so long lol. All games would freeze constantly

It's just super long to me, sometimes moving a screen can take a few seconds too.

This seems to happen with some games. I know my dragon quest builders 2 takes some time as well when I first log in for the day! Its probably loading a lot of the new content for the day or some other thing we may not know about o:

i noticed that too! it wasn’t awful or anything and playing the game is still a breeze, but i’ve noticed that it takes a few extra seconds for it to load aha
